消毒酒精最常使用2種 rubbing alcohol  乙醇 Ethanol 異丙醇 Isopropyl alcohol

消毒用酒精不是越濃越好

75% 左右酒精是最佳濃度，達到殺菌功效，但也別過度使用，

皮膚上的油脂層會流失，失去保護作用，萬一有傷口的話，病毒更容易入侵

也注意敏乾肌膚，可能會刺激皮膚引發過敏，尋找適合自己的商品使用

答案: Not always. 不是每一次都有效 There are certain germs that are not killed by hand sanitizers. 有些病菌沒辦法透過乾洗手殺菌

Outer Layer 最外層有顏色的是防水層 water-resistant

Middle Layer 中間是過濾主要的 filtering layer
Inner Layer 最裡面嘴巴觸碰到的soft absorbent layer能吸收異體的

dust mask 清潔/施工 使用的防塵口罩

respirator mask 防護型口罩 例如N95 

face mask 只有口罩的意思 通常只是為了遮住臉部

多位專家說長期戴口罩相當不容易，記得要更換，丟棄時也注意不接觸口罩外層

更需要注意個人衛生習慣更有效

貼心小叮嚀

☆Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds

經常用肥皂洗手，至少20秒以上

☆Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces
先洗消毒經常接觸的物品、....表面 (如: 桌面、手機、把手)

☆Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands

避免用(未洗手前)手觸碰眼睛、鼻子、嘴巴
